Reid- I happened to stumble upon your review of my restaurant on yelp. I’m the GM at the KFC in Mountain View. I do apologize for the slow service you received on Super Bowl Sunday 2008, and wanted to extend an invitation to you for a free box of 20 hot wings the next time you’re able to stop by. One time only- Please print this review, and bring it in and we’ll take care of the rest. Keep in mind that my store will be going through a remodel soon, so it’s possible that the store will be closed during the months of March, April, and May. Thank you for letting me know how you felt about patronizing my restaurant. I do feel bad when customers don’t receive the service that they are expecting. No excuses- Super Bowl Sunday or not, I should have had hot, fresh wings for you and for that, I’m sorry. I do hope that you give us a chance to make it up to you. Godspeed.

Hi Reid,
I was a Google BOLD summer intern in MTV this past summer and this upcoming summer. Last summer, I worked on the Patents Team in the Legal Department and unfortunately, I was not able to attend any of the Asian American Googlers Network events as I had intended.
However, I recently attended a meeting at SF City Hall to help plan the Asian American Heritage Month on Monday, May 3rd. I was reminded of the AAGN and I was hoping I could get some more information as to what events you will be helping out with in the Bay Area and if you will be supporting the Heritage month.
Thank you,
Julie Gramlich
