Grillin’
It was a busy weekend – dinner with Kolina’s parents and then poker at Jon’s on Friday. G.I. Joe on Saturday. Santa Cruz on Sunday.
But, the focus of this post is that I bought a grill this weekend. With all the great weather in the Bay Area and no outdoor cooking to show for it, I finally did something about it and purchased a Weber Spirit E-210 from Home Depot. My Dad has grilled with a Weber Genesis for many years, and I thought this would be a good choice for an entry level LP grill that would last me a long time.

On Sunday, we dove headfirst into grilling. After obsessively checking the grill for gas leaks, it was ignited and hit 400 degrees for some corn with butter and cilantro:
