Dublin without the Photos

My Macbook Pro busted on Thursday. After several weeks or was it months(?) of general slowness and poor battery life, the screen just stopped working. Apparently it’s a known issue reported with Macbook Pros, so for the time being, I’m on a loaner PC laptop. I have to get a new laptop when I’m back in the United States, and I’ve chosen to go with a PC. Take that as you may.

This weekend the weather continued to be gorgeous!! On Saturday I walked around Dublin and went to the Guinness Factory and Kilmainham Gaol. Although the former had great tasting beer, the latter was an amazing walkthrough of Ireland’s turbulant and violent political history. I highly recommend going there if you visit Dublin. The history geek in me was hanging on every word from our tour guide.

On Sunday I took the DART south for the cliff walk from Bray to Greystones. Some spectacular views. I’ll post pictures later this week.

Just 3 more days until I’m back in the United States!

Mariya warned me about this, but I long ago got tired of Mac vs. PC debates. Good luck.
