Burma Superstar, Darda Seafood, and Oyster Sauce Chicken
I had a pretty fun weekend, but the highlights for me, outside of a house party on Friday night and seeing “I Love You Man” on Saturday was some good eats.
1. Burma Superstar:
I’ve been here a few times, but I took Kolina and Jean here for the first time. I think they approved. Delicious coconut rice, Burmese style lamb curry, and Burmese noodles with chicken (spicy!)

2. Darda Seafood:
This Milpitas restaurant specializes in Chinese Islamic style cooking. Does it blow your mind? Their breakfast sure does:

3. Oyster Sauce Chicken:
Finally did some cooking on my own this Sunday, making an easy dish my Mom makes whenever I go home. Combine soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, sugar on some chicken thighs and broil. Booya.
