Day 1
Besides finding it very difficult to sleep last night and tonight (it’s 3AM here), my first day at the office was a blast. Met the team (need to work on memorizing names), learned a bit about Indian food, and set-up a bunch of meetings. They’re all so nice and the chocolates I brought for them were gone in five minutes, too. The office is also really great and it’s surprising how much discipline the team has to not play pool or ping pong every five minutes. Or maybe they played when I wasn’t looking :p I’ll take some pictures tomorrow so you can see what the office looks like.
I found out next week the entire office is on holiday on Monday and Tuesday for Diwali! Lucky me, right? I’m trying to plan a trip to Delhi/Agra/Jaipur during that time so hopefully that can get booked last minute.
Man, jet-lag sucks…
