I think recording this data gives you a better understanding of your driving habits and hopefully encourages you to think more about how things like quickly starting from a stoplight, coasting, windows vs. a/c, etc affect your mileage. As for your mileage going down since coming to California - maybe it's the distance of commute or the traffic around here? Yay! Jason, glad I’m not the only one.
