Elena Road
Back on my bike for a weekend ride after resting my knee, which has been sore since my Tour de Cure ride. I biked from my place in EPA to Foothill College, where I met up with Wilmot and his HS friend Sebastian. We rode on Elena Road, then crossed Page Mill to Arastradero before taking Alpine back to Stanford. Biking through University Ave is always an experience, since it’s almost a game dodging cars and pedestrians. There was a long line of people at the Apple Store, presumably waiting to get a new iPhone. Anyway, I’m not sure what’s up with my knee since it now hurts after my ride. I need to seriously consider investigating how I pedal on my bike and if there’s any other changes I should be making while riding. Anyway, almost hit 30 miles, with some moderate climbing:
