May 26th, 2006 | by Reid |I just got back from a midnight showing of X-Men III. I thought the movie was pretty well done, except for the few cheesy lines that the entire audience laughed at. It does seem like a summer of blockbusters - I’ve seen MI III, Da Vinci Code, and now X-Men III for three weeks in a row or something. Next will be Pirates 2.
What else? Research for my antebellum America class is going really well. ACT is going to take up all my time this weekend, but it should be lots of fun!
So I had a short conversation with Jenny and Harry about why football/baseball players always slap each other’s butts. What was funny was that I did it to Harry, Robert, and Mariana tonight on the way to the movie, but Jenny got scared! Plus, Harry tried to enact revenge on me for hitting Mariana’s to go after Jenny, which freaked her out. Gosh - I would think my girlfriend of all people would be the least offended by me doing that to her. Hehe
