Ah so my Mom and I went to St. Louis Bread Company for lunch. Oh how I miss their food! I had a steak sandwich and some portebello and roasted garlic bisque. We checked out Tj Maxx, Bed Bath and Beyond, Famous Barr, and Office Depot to round out the Xmas shopping. I got my Sister’s gift. Tonight we cooked some fried ramen noodles which I believe is much better than the typical soup version.
Tonight was fun! Eric, Andrea and I went over to Andrea’s apartment and then to Umar’s suite and hung out. I’ll spare the details, but Eric was pretty funny and I got to have Toasted Ravioli at Bear’s Den. YUM

Wow, I can’t remember what I did during the day. Probably sleeping in, watching some TV, and hanging around the house. This is the problem with not updating in a timely matter. I do recall hanging out at Eric’s house later on after meeting Andrea, Beth, Paige, and Eric at the Galleria. I bought my Mom’s Xmas present (a sodoku) book from Waldenbooks.

As soon as I get home in St. Louis my Mom wakes me up for a day filled of activities. We went to the Galleria where I got my Dad a DVD for Xmas. As luck would have it, I saw a bunch of people who I went to High School with – Dominic and Andrew – I was taken by surprise that Dominic said Hi to me since he was somewhat of a troublemaker in highschool. I only remembered Andrew’s name after looking through our Yearbook. I’d recommend looking through your yearbook every once in awhile – we look so young in the pictures!
Tonight my Mom and I made Flank steak for dinner – its an easy and simple recipe – you just marinate the steak and then broil it.
Later on I met up with Andrea, Eric, and Beth and we went to Walmart to exchange Taboo for Trivial Pursuit, the 90′s edition. We played the game for a bit, which was much easier than other editions, probably because we experienced and thus knew a lot of the questions. Can’t wait to play it back at Stanford!
