October 29, 2005

I started Saturday off right, waking up at 10am and filling out an A3C Advisory Board application.  Brunch was horrible.  Then, I went to the library for a few hours and started studying for CASA 88.  I’m reviewing all our readings (which is a lot) and hopefully getting down key terms and main points.  I did that for a few hours.

I went out to get some sashimi with Jenn Chen, Eric, and Ardolan, one of Jenn’s housemates.  He’s a cool guy from Texas and we had a good time talking while waiting for our table.  Ardolan really liked sashimi – it was his first time and most people are grossed out by raw fish, but he loved it.  Excellent.  Eating the food brought back memories of Tokyo.  <SIGH>

So we got back around 9 – I read for about 45 minutes and then got dragged out to Burbank to preparty and then to Moonsplash.  Raylene’s birthday was today so I guess that’s why I went out – she had a good time though so yay for that.  And man, I seem to be building up a HUGE tolerance.  6 shots in 20 minutes does nothing.  NOTHING
