October 27, 2005

I participated in history section today, which was pretty rare since I don’t really feel like talking most of the time.  I did alright on my Chinese quiz, spent two hours at the MLKPP, and then did some reading before watching “The Corporation” (well, the first half of it) for the SIC course.  We had some good Chicago style pizza, but more importantly, the documentary was really provocative.  It’s like Super Size Me, Farenheit 9/11, and Bowling for Columbine – but better.  There’s so many reasons to not like corporate America, corporate lawyers, corporate economists, etc.  It’s a movie EVERYONE should see.

Tonight it was Tammy’s birthday, so Chris and I went over there and had some drinks.  30 minutes later, it was Eric’s 21st!  We started playing Sir-Mix-A-Lot really loud and burst into his room during the middle of a chem-e problem set he was doing with three other people and threw him into the shower.  Hehe – tomorrow/this weekend will be ridiculous.
