So, I pulled another all-nighter. I was amazingly exhausted at work and slept for two hours between work and class. I again had trouble stay awake in class. Dammit. I met up with Paul Saffo, director of the tech think tank Institute for the Future and asked him a bunch of questions about the iPod. He’s a really interesting guy and he told me his wife was like employee number 178 of Microsoft and named Excel. Oh la la.
So after that I did laundry, went to the gym with Alex and Chris, and ate dinner. Harry and I went to Safeway after dropping off Anna, Alex, and Mitsume (Japanese foreign exchange student living in the girls’ quad) at Borders. I picked up red hair dye and after picking them back up, I went back to my room to sleep.
Less than two hours later it was time for another SAAAC meeting. We discussed our goals for our campaign against the changes in student housing, and after disbanding for the night, Haibinh, Caroline, and myself got to working on an op-ed we’re going to try and get into the Daily. That took some time and I was back to Kimaball around 1am. From then on I did work for the Roosevelt Institute, did PWR 2 work, and chatted online a bit. Another late night but at least I’ll have some sleep in my by the end.
pulling an all-nighter when there was no class on Monday? I don’t know how you do it
