Another update on my day!  Hurray! 

The Spanish midterm was alright.  I probably got higher than a C, so I’m fine.  I guess I don’t have very high standards anymore.  I remember when I used to think that getting a B was bad in high school.  My, how things change.  After that I had IHUM lecture.  It sucked because the lecture went 12 minutes over.  IHUM section was also sucky – I almost fell asleep out of boredom and the heat. 

The rest of the afternoon I worked on Spanish and tried to figure out my schedule for the rest of the week.  I have an IHUM paper due Monday and a Jews in the Modern World midterm on Tuesday.  Plus, there’s a lot of applications due tomorrow and Friday – NomCom and OV applications.  But, around 6:45 I realized that I forgot to go to Jews in the Modern World section.  That really sucked, and I felt like an idiot the rest of the night because I just forgot to go to section.  I guess I sort of redeemed myself by doing the reading and writing down the vocab I need to know for the midterm next Tuesday.

Tonight I went to Stern with Mickey, Anna, Mary, and Harry.  That was fun – we all talked about interesting things – backyards, scholarships, the cost of college, childhood books.  ‘Twas good times.  I spent the rest of the night working on my NomCom applications and talked to Paige a bit online.  Yay!
