Today was crazy! I went to Old Navy and got some clothes, then went all around South County looking for job applications. When I finally got home I had applications for Barnes and Noble, Borders, St. Louis Frozen Custard, CompUSA, and Dierbergs. I also filled out applications for WalMart and Walgreens in the respected stores. Tonight I thought about filling out online applications for Hollywood Video and Blockbuster, but Eric said people who worked there hated their job, so I decided not to.
My Mom made chicken wings with her really good soy sauce sauce. Yum yum.
I headed over to Wash U. as usual tonight and hung out with Andrea. We went to Ursa’s and met up with Nikhil and Lauren, and chilled. I filled out job applications and wrote thank-you letters to my grandparents and Aunts/Uncles. Then, we headed back to Beaumont 3 and hung out. Andrea and I read a really really really bad story Lamar had to review for his creative writing class. I don’t know how to express how bad this story was – it was a 10 page story by a guy who transferred to Wash U. from Colby College. It was about two surfers who were really smart guys that discovered how to make U-235 with half the amount of neutrons, then got scared that their discovery would cause problems, so they burned their labratory, then got drunk, and decided to go undercover in Hawaii and surf. Then, after five years of that, and ten awful pages later, one guy became a teacher at UCLA, and both continued to be haunted by their discovery. It was a terrible story. And, I cannot believe I spent all this time describing it.
Well it’s late, so I think I’m just going to read for the rest of the night, then sleep.
lol I can’t believe you described it all, either
lol i want to read it, i love bad stories!
