March 28, 2004
Well, I’m back at Stanford, and so far I’ve been very anti-social, basically because all of my close friends aren’t back and Gunbound has been keeping me busy. The recap of the day is as follows:
I woke up around 7AM, showered, and finished packing. My Dad drove me to the airport, where I read and watched CNN while I waited to get on the plane. Initially when I got on the plane I thought I was going to be on a really bad flight, because the person I was sitting next to you was very large, and whenever he moved the seats rocked and he was basically touching me because he was too large for the seat. To make things worse, the guy behind me reeked of smoke. Luckily, the smell went away and the guy next to me moved as far right as he could, and I moved to the left, and I slept for a majority of the flight, so I didn’t have to put up with anything.
After landing I got my baggage and took the Supershuttle back to campus. The ride home was quick on the shuttle, and I enjoyed the countryside as we drove along the highway. It was $27 for the shuttle though, which really sucked.
I unpacked, played Gunbound, made a schedule of what I wanted to do tomorrow. I also listed books from last quarter that I’m attempting to sell on Half.com because the Stanford bookstore doesn’t buy back anything for a decent price. I had Ramen for dinner and recently drank some raspberry tea. I don’t know what I just decided to mention that. Moving on…
Oh, I also went for a jog tonight. Like, I jogged for about 35 straight minutes, which was the longest I’ve jogged for a long time. I ran around Escondido Village – I think the reason I didn’t give up and start walking was that I just sort of ran wherever I felt like, meaning I just ran and ran. Well, that was cool. At least that was something productive done today.
I’m all alone in my room because Curtis is fencing at the NCAA tournament. My friends are coming back tomorrow, so that’ll be cool. Tomorrow will be fun. It’s awesome when there’s no classes here and nothing to think about because there are no tests or papers looming. That’s why I come back two days before classes start.

Time to wake up! :p
