Today was long, but awesome.Of course, things didn’t start out so well.When I went to take a shower, I noticed a bunch of stuff on the floor of the shower stalls.I didn’t have my glasses on, so I thought it was a bunch of dirt or something.There was a shower stall that was relatively free of all the “dirt,” so I took my shower.When I left however, I saw some of the “dirt” on the shower curtains, and when I looked closer I realized that it was all ladybugs!There were thousands just lying on the floor of the shower area, dead or barely alive.Pretty gross!It was a prank by J-ro, and moreover, it was a terrible prank, since our cleaning lady had to clean all of it up.We’re definitely getting revenge on them.After IHUM lecture, chemistry lecture, math lecture, and my chemistry lecture, I was done with my core classes for the day.In IHUM, Professor Casper was getting off track and running out of time, so he indicated that he wouldn’t ask us any question from the “box of terror,” which he liked to call the “box of opportunity.”There was a collective sigh of relief after hearing that.The afternoon was long, and it was really windy outside too!I rode over to West Campus Suites to pick up a silver desk lamp that was being sold on su.market for only $5.It’s now on my makeshift area above the head of my bed with my alarm clock, in case I ever need light to read or something.I went to Tresidder Fitness again to work out.I actually feel like I’m getting stronger, which is a good feeling.After dinner and hanging out, I had CS1C, where we went over some basic HTML, most of which I knew.Later on, after our house meeting, we played J-ro in broomball.In broomball you basically play on ice with your regular shoes and hit a dodgeball type ball into each other’s nets with plastic broom shaped sticks.It was so much fun, sliding around on the ice!I scored our first goal for Cedro which was awesome!Chris Walker had passed me the ball when I was a few feet in front of the crease, and I had taken a one-timer and placed it in the right side of the net.That was awesome!Even our RF, Marcelo, played.He was pretty darn good too.He was a brick wall on defense.We ended up winning 4-1, getting some revenge on J-ro for the ladybug incident.Of course there will be more to come against them.After returning to the dorm I did a little bit of chemistry, but now plan to head to bed.
