I actually stayed up until around 5:00AM, playing ping pong with Phoebe and talking with her.  That was tons of fun.  Harry had fallen asleep so I took his picture when he was out cold.  I then awoke around 9:30AM to head to the pre-med meeting.  A lot of the information was informative, although the courses I need to take for pre-med requirements were ones I already knew of.  Afterwards, I had lunch with some friends at Music and Fun Under the Sun.  That was great, because lots of local restaurants were giving out free food – I got free pizza, vitamin water, Odwalla juice, ice cream, and a yummy taco.  Plus, I signed up for Stanford Flicks and got a free t-shirt.  Lots of people were playing ultimate frisbee at Roble Field, and they were all really good.  I sure hope I can keep up with the competitive intramural teams here.  After dinner and a short game of Scrabble that we didn’t finish, we headed over to the O-Show, where 8 a capella groups and 3 dance groups performed.  The breath beats were awesome, and the singing was fabulous.  One group performed “I heard it through the grapevine” which I thought sounded so good a capella.  I really want to go to the shows later on during the year.  I’ve finally signed up for classes – I’ll be taking Chem 31, Math 42, and my IHUM: Citizenship.  My first class will start at 10AM, so it’s not too bad.  Tonight I played Scrabble with Phoebe, Curtis, and Harry.  It was nice to hang out in my room for once.  I’m pretty tired after staying up late last night, so I’m heading to bed around 1AM, and awaking for some wonderful classes tomorrow morning!
