I went to the San Antonio Shopping Center with Phoebe.  We rode the “Shuttle Express” line, which took us there in about 15 minutes.  The bus driver wasn’t very careful about driving – he made sudden stops frequently, and with a packed bus and people standing, that wasn’t very safe.  But we arrived in one piece, and checked out Walmart and Target.  Both were packed with people buying all sorts of stuff.  I picked up a bulletin board, a bin to throw paper I want to recycle, and some popcorn.  At Target I picked up a large “body pillow” for 9 dollars, which I considered a steal.  Arriving back at Cedro, I tried to hang up my bulletin board, which went alright, until it fell over around 11pm.  The stupid rules that don’t let us poke holes in the wall really limits what you can hang on your wall.  I attempted to read Mencius, but fell asleep.  So far I’ve done no homework, and really hope that I can do some Chemistry and reading tomorrow in Green library.  Hopefully the library environment, removed from the hubbub of the dorm will facilitate my studying.  That evening I played Starcraft online with Mickey, Jon, and Phoebe.  I also played Scrabble with Jon, Mike, and Phoebe.  And after that I watched Office Space with Curtis.  Good fun for a non-alcoholic/partying Saturday.  That’s it for now.
